In order to assure expeditious and accurate repair of your maintenance issue please complete the form below. The property manager will respond to your requested within 24 hours.
Keys & Lock Outs
If you need a new key or a replacement key contact Mass Ave Lock at 617.247.9779. They will provide you a new key. You will need to bring a copy of your lease and a photo ID. You will be responsible for the cost of the keys since the landlord does not collect a key deposit.
If you are locked out you must call Mass Ave Lock to get a replacement key or gain entrance to the apartment. They have a 24 hour emergency service. If you are locked out after hours you are responsible for covering the cost of re-entry.
Please note, landlord and/or property management is NOT responsible for lock-out calls. Please contact Mass Ave Lock and not the emergency line with any lock-outs

If the smoke detectors start making a beeping noise that means the battery in the detector is low and needs to be replaced. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE DETECTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATION. Please notify the landlord immediately and the batteries will be replaced ASAP. The tenants should feel free to replace the detector batteries themselves and can deduct the costs from the next month rent. Please email a receipt to email@example.com.
